Apple and banana cake

Ingredients:

– 3 eggs – 2 apples – 2 bananas – 200ml of milk – 1 cup of sugar – 3 tablespoons of butter – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder – 2 cups of wheat flour – 1 tablespoon of baking powder

How to make:

1 – Add 2 chopped apples, 2 chopped bananas, 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to the blender, beat everything until smooth.

2 – Coloca la mezcla en un recipiente y agrega 2 tazas de harina de trigo cernida y dos onzas de mezcle.

3 – Añadir 1 cucharada de pulpo para hornear y volver a mezclar.

4 – Colocar sobre una placa de horno enharinada y engrasada.

5 – Cuerno en horno precalentado a 200° por 35 minutos o hasta dorar.
