COVERAGE: -3 tablespoons of condensed milk -6 tablespoons of 50% chocolate -2 tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine -1 tablespoon of heavy cream
Syrup: -1 cup of milk tea -1/2 cup of powdered chocolate -1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (optional)
